ThaKing and I had a great time greeting the neighborhood trick or treaters. I found out about 4:15pm that trick or treat began at 5:00pm. I rushed to shower and get ready. ThaKing had to handle the first round of pint size beggars on his own, and this was Elka's first Halloween, mind you. She nearly burst out the door and ran over the kids! I ran down the steps in my bathrobe almost handing out an unintended treat, just in time to grab Elka! After a few kids, Elka got the hang of it and laid nicely at the front door, forcing me to step over her long frame.
